I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Good Times Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Good Times Pilates does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Good Times Pilates staff member.
