The Teach Gooder Workshop Series

This series of Workshops has been carefully curated for both new and professional Pilates Teachers to dive deeper into their teaching and become the best they can be.

All Workshops will be facilitated by Cat Webb at Good Times Pilates in Fitzroy. They will run for the full 2 hours and there will be a maximum of 15 participants plus Good Times staff to help with smooth running of the day.

Learn how to program and plan classes that set your students up for feeling successful, that take them on a journey and have them feeling empowered.

Key Topics:

  • Repeating shapes and moves to strengthen understanding

  • Layering to give all levels of experience a challenging workout

  • Progression and Regressions to make students feel in control

  • Encourage and motivate to make them feel good and keep coming back

Wear clothes suitable to move in as these workshops will be practical in nature. Snacks, tea, coffee and kombucha will be available at the studio on the day, but feel free to bring your own food and drink if you prefer. 

The Workshops are designed as a series, but you'll gain from attending one, two or all of them. Purchase a single Workshop for $120 or all three for $300. 

If the Workshops fill up we have a waitlist available, so please cancel your booking should you no longer be able to attend. Purchases are final, but you can use your purchase to book future Workshops or transfer your booking to a friend.
