Fave place for an after-class coffee?

Capulus & Co is my go-to coffee window. They have NZ beans (not biased at all) and it’s right next to Princes Park. Name a better combo than coffee and a trot around a park, I’ll wait.

Where’s your next holiday destination?

I’m greedy and have more than one. In August I head to London -> Copenhagen -> Lisbon -> Paris and in November to LA and Mexico! It’s going to be a goooood year, travel feeds my soul.

What does inclusive movement mean to you?

To me, it is fostering an environment where everybody feels encouraged to show up and empowered to move in any way that services and benefits them on that given day. It means supporting each individual to participate and play however makes them feel juicy, accomplished, proud and warm inside. I hope to always provide a no rules, safe space.
