How often should I come to Pilates?

We're huge advocates for any movement being better than no movement at all, but 2-3 classes a week is a good starting point when you’re new to a Pilates practice and you can build up to 5-6 classes per week. We recommend taking a mix of classes to get the most out of your Good Times workouts.

What is your late cancellation and no-show policy?

Cancellations can be made 9+ prior to class start time without losing that session.

Cancellations made -9 hours prior to class start time will forfeit that session.
