Good times run club

We know that starting a new fitness routine can feel daunting, and finding a supportive community can be tough. That’s why we’re super excited to launch the Good Times Run Club, designed just for you! Whether you’re a speed demon or more of a gentle jogger, we’re here to tackle those challenges together.

Not sure where to start? Our welcoming environment means you’ll never feel out of place (and pace). Concerned about staying motivated? We've got your back with a friendly crew and fun group runs. All levels are welcome, so grab your running buddies and let's get moving!

FRIDAY MAY 2 — FRIDAY MAY 23 6:30AM LOCATION: PRINCESS PARK

Take your running to the next level with our structured 4-week program, featuring:

  • Track Fridays: Engage in 60-minute technique and conditioning sessions with our experienced coach, Liv Nimmo, every Friday at 6:30am at Princess Park.

  • Saturday Runs: Join our group runs every Saturday at 8am beginning May 3 meeting at Dights Falls carpark.

  • Personalised goal setting and tailored program to fit your needs.

  • Exclusive run club merchandise.

Pilates people teacher training

This reformer Pilates course is a comprehensive training package where you'll l learn a lot of repertoire - both original Contrology repertoire and modern variations. But teaching Pilates is about so much more than repertoire. We will share how to program amazing classes that your clients will love and show you how to customise your classes for anybody, so you get to share your passion for Pilates with everyone.
