GTP X POPGYMNASTIK: GIRL POWER HOUR

Come join the fun as two of Melbourne's joyful movement collectives join forces for Girl Power Hour!
Get down on the mat with Cat Webb, founder of Good Times Pilates, as she guides you through mat Pilates moves to girl group grooves from the 90s and 00s — then get ready to high kick, grapevine and push it real good as Jessie Perrin, founder of Pop Gymnastik, takes you back to the 80s with the one and only workout of the decade: aerobics.
Afterwards, stick around and refuel with breakfast from Terror Twilight and drinks from Mateo. There will (obviously) be a prize for Best Dressed Girl Group Member.
