FIVE WEEKS. THREE GOALS. SET BY YOU
Pick your path:
1. Your class frequency: 3 or 5 classes a week.
2. Your movement goal: Feel confident doing a teaser. One Turbo class a week. Complete 10 push ups. Increase your spring load. Whatever you're working toward, you choose it.
3. Your wellbeing goal: No booze. Phone out of the bedroom at night. 2L of water a day. One sauna a week. 10 minutes of meditation a day. Reading before bed. Mediterranean diet. Catch up with one friend in person per week. Pick what matters to you.
Every week in class, we'll move through a new theme to keep you challenged. Weekly prizes along the way. Three winners for each studio at the end.
Unlimited and 3 class a week members: add your name to a challenge card in studio and fill out the typeform with your email to opt-in.

Choose how you want to move with 3 or 5 weekly classes at any Good Times studio.
MOVEMENT GOAL
Something real to work toward. A teaser. 10,000 steps a day. Ten push ups. One Turbo class a week. Chosen by you.
WELLBEING GOAL
Something real to shift. No booze. Reading every night. Phone-free bedtime. Daily journaling. Regular social time. Weekly saunas. Chosen by you.
PROGRESS YOUR PILATES
Each week, we'll work on the same move across all classes, so you can see your progress and get really confident with it.
INVEST IN YOURSELF
Join the challenge with 3 classes a week (15 classes total) for $315 or 5 classes a week (25 classes total) for $475. Plus access extra classes for only $21 if you miss one!
