DETAILED
When you're not teaching, where will we find you?
Reading (fantasy, young adult, romance and scripts for auditions). Writing (a fantasy novel and a screen play). Playing with my kids (Reading to them, playing board games, baking or just generally being their mum slave!)
Summer or winter?
Summer!! I'm like a lizard on a rock - I lap up the heat. I don't like wearing a lot of clothes - chunky winter layers irritate me and I can never get warm enough. I just want to be barefoot and sweaty in a maxi dress, close to the waves, preferably with a salty margarita and a good romance novel!
What does inclusive movement mean to you?
To me inclusive movement means celebrating what it is to be human: all our quirks, imperfections and inhibitions, and being unafraid to be authentic and try new things. It means showing up for ourselves and others without judgement and encouraging everyone in the room to be the best they can be today, celebrating and tuning into the wisdom of the body. It means letting go of movement rules and holding space for everyone in the room to play and see what feels good for them today.
