When you’re not teaching, where will we find you?

You can 100% find me at a park hanging with my partner, baby girl Evie and my wild dog Roscoe. And if everyone is in a good mood, maybe even The Park Hotel for a drink for an easy pub hang.

If you could only listen to one genre of music for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Synth-pop! My favourite band is Future Islands and you can always count on them to get a good groove in.

What does inclusive movement mean to you?

Inclusive movement is literally just that - inclusive. It's allowing to meet yourself where you are at on the day in a judgement free zone which frees up space for change and growth. Having the space for recognition is so empowering and being able to collaborate with yourself and others facilitates that inclusivity. Also, movement should be fun (or at least where you can check out for a bit haha) and feel better about yourself and enjoy how freaking cool our bodies are! Being able to move freely and not feel shit while doing it is definitely where it's at.
